oResponsible for day-to-day activities of real estate entitieso Accounts Payableo Accounts ReceivableoMonthly Close process, including - under the direction of the manager of real estate accountingo Account and bank reconciliationso Preparation of financial statementsoCandidate must have a 4-year degree in accounting or financeo Basic understanding of accounting or real-world accounting experience is a plusoCPA license/Master's Degree - a plusoExcellent communication and critical thinking skillsoExcellent skills in Excel, Word, OutlookoAbility to travel as needed to locationsoAbility to work independently and handle change management with easeoSage Intacct and CCH Workpaper Manager a plusoDesire to grow with this portfolio and participate in a long-term strategy Recommended Skills Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Change Management Communication Critical Thinking Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
