Current Shifts Available:
3 pm-11 pm (Every other weekend) - Sub-acute/Long Term Position
Summary:
In this role, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The selected candidate will direct and guide ancillary team members and maintain standards of professional nursing, while maintaining and living our philosophy of person-directed care.
RN Requirements:
Registered Nurse licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
Minimum one year experience working in long-term care and sub-acute setting.
Seasonal flu vaccine required.
Demonstrated ability to supervise Care Partners (CNA/CHHA).
Must demonstrate the ability to work within a team setting and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to person-centered care is essential.
PC literate and demonstrated knowledge of selected software programs.
Ability to respond to and work with a mature resident population, contributing to a warm, caring and supportive environment for the enjoyment of the residents/clients and to promote this philosophy to all team members.
Understanding and support of the mission and philosophy of Fellowship Village, Inc.
Supports the goals of the Board of Directors and the administration.
