Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all patients and visitors when they enter the office Schedule patient appointments In-taking new patients; collection and entering of new patient information Complete authorizations in a timely manner Relay relevant information to patients regarding scheduling and payment polices Maintain various Excel spreadsheets documenting patient information Collect co-payments and past due balances Scan patient documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Great attention to detail Ability to multitask Ability to be resourceful and proactive Proven work experience as a receptionist in physical therapy field or medical field a plus Hours:
Monday-Friday- 11am-7pm- Night time differential in pay for hours after 5pm ONLY RESUMES WITH MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED Job Types:
