Description
RCM Technologies has several openings with a major healthcare company for Healthcare Exchange Business/Systems Analysts to be in customer facing roles, and travel to various client sites across the US.
Our client would prefer candidates based in NJ, however, these candidates will TRAVEL most of the time working at client sites so they may be based out of other locations in Hartford CT, Minneapolis and a few other locations.
These are contract to hire positions - candidates eligible for conversion to full time are preferred.
The Systems analysts will be working on State Healthcare Exchanges - and should have experience in at least a few of the below:
ELIGIBILITY - CLAIMS - PROCESSING - HIPPA - EDI - MAGI - MEDICAID/Medicare
MIGRATION EXPERIENCE
The candidates will be part of a team implementing State Exchange Projects
The top responsibilities will include:
o Determines operational objectives on Exchange efforts by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
o Prepare specification documentation, may include Workflow process, Operational Process details, training materials and project communications
o Work across disciplines for requirements, system enhancements and identify risks/gaps and prepare mitigation strategies
o Healthcare Industry Required. HIX regulatory knowledge preferred.
o Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
oSkills in developing Process diagrams, crafting technical specifications
oProficient in MS Office Suite for planning/status reporting/writing analysis artifacts and test scenarios
oExperience in capturing requirements, data analysis & data mapping
Other details-
AGILE Process a plus
Systems Analysis with HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE highly preferred
Will require travel most of the time
Will be assessing the legacy systems and determining what needs to be done
Prior Migration experience preferred
Eligibility experience, claims processing, Medicaid/Medicare, HIPPA, EDI
ACA/Obama care experience
Will be external Facing - Great communication skills are required.
