o Partnering with Global IT managers to collect project and vendor detail, creating a zero-based portfolio
o Drive project selection process to reconcile project demand with available funding
o Facilitate intra-year plan changes arising from organizational restructuring and project reprioritization

Analysis & Reporting
o Update financial views which highlight key dynamics and trends for the IT leadership
o Develop and maintain financial outlooks reflecting actuals and anticipated spend; syndicate outlooks with IT management and IT Finance
o Identify key variances and dynamics impacting financials; partner with IT Finance to provide transparency to IT leadership
o Identify financial risks and opportunities, partner with IT management and IT Finance to address
Process Management
o Maintain Global Operations Vendor Tracking database and reporting; focus on accurate alignment of expense to vendor and application
o Manage IUS portfolio, including qualifying projects, developing documentation, accounting, reconciling and placing assets in service
o Monitor spend for proper Expense / Capital accounting treatment; take corrective action as necessary
o Provide IT Business Management review and approval in Gate Process
o Coordinate Capital Asset Request (CAR) creation, approval and processing
o Manage expense programs for IT management (eg Contractor Furlough)
Periodic Deliverables
o (Weekly) Update Project Outlook File with internal and external labor, fixed price contracts, capital and expense purchases; validate PTR/PRN/Program mappings; distribute QTD Program and Project Summary financials to Program Leads, PDMs and IT Leadership
o (Monthly) Append latest month's transactions for Global Operations Services Received to Global Operations Vendor Tracking file; update vendor alignment with Network Voice and Data forecast; validate alignment of transactions to vendors by PO; distribute vendor trend tables to IT Ops functional leaders
o (Monthly) Update and reconcile Capital Tracker file with capital transactions for most recent month; reconcile file to Capital Spend Report (CSR) from Finance
(Monthly) Create and submit capitalization entries for IUS (both T&M labor and fixed price contracts) for Projects and Non-Projects resources
o (Monthly) Create and submit cross charges for BU-Funded, M&A and Corporate projects
o (Monthly) Update IUS Tracker file with capitalization amounts (IUS and SW Licenses) by project for most recent month; syndicate with PDMs and Program Leads
o (Monthly) Identify and confirm IUS/SW Licenses which should begin depreciating; submit AUS forms to Finance
o (Monthly) Create and syndicate Capital and Expense Outlooks for Global Operations/Infrastructure
Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Desired Skills

o Ability to work effectively with al levels of management
o A background in IT Finance is preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
