Consumer Insight and Product Analyst

Manage & create a cross functional scorecard to ensure clear KPI measurement in the areas of sales, brand, social media, NPS and CRM activities.
Manage and deliver on key marketing priorities, KPIs and identify future opportunity areas.
Facilitate and own cross functional research and analytics reporting for marketing KPI's.
Develop & present market analysis to cross functional teams to better understand customer mindset against current base behavior / trends.
Strategic Planning activities to inform the business of the overall product development activities and the key drivers for consumer insight and product ideation.
Work with management to identify best communication plan for key data findings and influence Product Development and IT cross functional teams.
Ability to identify and help resolve any business process that may impact customer experience
Prioritize product launch requests for team based on value to company and needs of the business
Conduct likelihood and predictive analysis to understand potential future impacts and customer insights
Present key customers insights that that can leveraged for future marketing plan to the Product Org
BS Degree in Marketing/MBA preferred
5+ years of Wireless/Telecommunications experience required
5+ years of Metrics measurement and reporting
5+ years of Database Management and/or Database Query Experience
3+ years Tableau Experience
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication, and negotiation skills required as candidate is expected to lead cross-functional project management teams
Proven development and delivery of executive communication via Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proven ability at engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders
Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines
Shows initiative, anticipates and prepares for upcoming situations, takes advantage of opportunities, acts quickly and decisively, addresses issues before they become problems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
