Implementation Manager

Implementation Manager Candidates in this role are accountable for engagement with healthcare providers to enable the successful implementation of electronic clinical data exchange.
This role works in close collaboration with our business partners and the market level leaders to drive meaningful communication and rapid implementation of the provider for electronic clinical data exchange.
Job
Responsibilities:
o Ensure appropriate contracting to enable clinical data exchange with providers; Work with technical team to remediate gaps when present o Negotiate with providers to meet business requirements on schedule, on quality, and on budget o Establish and maintain strong business relationships with providers and internal business partners o Understand and actively communicate barriers to implementation of electronic clinical data exchange; drive remediation of identified barriers o Enable successful remediation of identified quality issues which reside with external business partners for remediation o Serve as a resource to other team members; share best practices and increase team effectiveness o Track and report all provider engagement statuses in a timely and high quality manner
Qualifications:
o Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required o Ability to self-manage work o Ability to formulate and execute solutions to problems with minimal guidance o Excellent communication skills with team members and business partners o Self-motivated o Strong negotiation skills o Previous experience contracting with healthcare providers o Highly proficient utilizing MS Word, Excel, Outlook Preferred Qualifications o Ability to grasp technical concepts with limited knowledge o Data query and analysis skills o HL7 expertise o Understanding of clinical standards including CCD.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
