This position is also responsible for researching and solving member questions, problems and complaints. Ensuring account verifications, cross selling credit union services and processing various transactions. Maintaining service level commitments in terms of abandonment rate, average speed of answer and call delay. Making outbound calls to assist in meeting sales goals. Utilizing technology for lead generation, profiling, and consultative selling to enhance relationships.
Requirements
At least 6 months of customer service experience within a bank. Strong written, verbal, and listening skills. Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills. Customer service uncategorized skill is required.
Education
BA/BS degree in finance or accounting.
