Our Client has an opening for an Android/Java Developer Basking Ridge, NJ.
Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex Android/Windows platforms apps
Uses coding methods in Android to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality
Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of software solutions
Perform project management of estimating, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
Performs expert-level engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, and development of mobile device firmware, application software, and/or operating systems
Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in EE or CS and at least 2-3 years of experience in software development
3
years' experience in Android / Java application development and 6
years of previous wireless industry experience
Strong experience in Android specific's like adb, ddms, aapt, eclipse IDE 4
years, Android, Windows, BB10
Strong knowledge in HTTP/HTTPS, SyncML and XML/WBXML
Experience with network protocols like ip, tcp, udp, http required; Experience with CDMA / LTE
Java, J2EE, Spring, XML, XSLT
Experience with IPv4/IPv6,SIP, HTTP, TCP, UDP, SMTP
Strong wireless telecommunication background and work experience with LTE cellular network access technology, 3GPP industry standards, mobile device systems and software architecture and design
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams and possess leadership skills
Other Skills and Experience
Master degreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
