CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
We are seeking a highly creative, motivated and energetic Creative Communications Specialist to contribute to our creative strategy for company corporate communications and services marketing.
The ideal candidate must be creative and have experience creating communications and marketing materials in a life sciences environment. The Creative Communications Specialist must be able to use sound judgement and work independently, at times to complete a range of projects. The position offers room for advancement over time within our growing company.
This position will be based in Basking Ridge, NJ or Allendale, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Will contribute to creative strategy for company corporate communications and services marketing
Responsible for graphically developing presentations and supporting the layout and development of presentations for both internal and external audiences
Design and develop graphics for use in print and digital
Will lay out documents including company and product profiles and fact sheets, newsletters, service brochures, etc.
Develops and coordinates vendor work on videos
Manages the visual elements of company branding (logos, colors, etc.) and all design elements
Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Design or Marketing and Communications is preferred
MUST have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in design for life sciences marketing or communications. No recent college graduates without the minimum experience will be considered
Must have experience and training in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
Project management experience is preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and any other design software is preferred
Ability to comfortably interact and clearly communicate with individuals within and outside the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ideal candidate lives local to Basking Ridge, NJ
